FT HTTP: wrong saving of downloaded files #244

Downloaded files are saved on the SD card (by default in the /sdcard/joyn/files 
directory) regardless of the mime type.
Moreover if file already exists, the downloaded file should be renamed with a 
postfix index (just like for FT in content sharing)
