I have the same issue as well. Same "connection issue" all the way from 13C to
13F

Hey guys I have solution for it.
Step 1:

Download this from http://www.iphodroid.com/

QUADRA - The New OpeniBoot for 1SHOT

Install it as it says after putting it into recovery mode.

Step 2 : On boot menu get in to iPhone .
Step 3: Open up the R13f or what ever version it is in package explorer .
Goto iPhoDroid.app -> Contents -> Resources-> macFroyo
Step 4:
Connect your iPhone to ssh (I used filezilla) /private/var
Dump all the files as is from step 3 (iPhoDroid.app -> Contents -> Resources->
macFroyo->*) to this folder.

Step 5 : Reboot the iPhone go for install or boot iDroid directly both work
file.

That's it 5 simple step you have you Droid up and running with Wifi
