Add a README.txt #14

Once the pom.xmls are fixed, it would be handy to have a guide to building
the code - even if it's as simple as "download. run 'mvn clean install'"

(of course, my further realisations on bug 12 mean that build instructions
would have to
include downloading
http://gdata-java-client.googlecode.com/files/gdata-src.java-
1.38.0.zip and telling maven how to find the various neccessary jar files)

Developer docs are less of a concern than user docs at the moment, but there's
definitely a need. A README.txt will be added.

JJ, would you mind taking a look at the README (and LICENSE) and adding
whatever you
deem appropriate?

Sure thing.

I'll look at fixing some of the build errors that people are experiencing as
well.

I think that those are mostly fixed for now. Let me know if you have any
problems with
the build still.

Can anyone point me out how and where to include the extra libs needed to
compile
using maven?
I'm stucked with that..
Thanks!
