Design456_SmartAlignment still not always correct #76

Still this tool has bug. None of the buttons works as it should. Problem is with the placement that is different from object to object how they are defined. Need more investigation.

Undo, redo also added to this tool. as per 883200c71d6e729e2e3fca4932affb5f3f61bb96

I close this issue and if I find anything else, I need to recreate an issue.
