Exclude Check #3

The ability to exclude a specific check, instead of listing the desired check, would be a nice enhancement. This would allow for new checks to appear without manually adding them.

Done; each service now accepts an excludeChecks array with the IDs of checks to ignore. Getting the ID can be a bit tricky... Pingdom puts it in the URL when viewing a report, but from what I could find, NodePing only uses it internally and in the API..
