Use more than colonies and shelters #20

The current shuffler recommends if you should use colonies, shelters, and platinum. Expand this so it also says if you need curses potions, spoils, coins and victory tokens.

Current version of v1.9.0 adds the "requires" property to cards. A card will say if it requires additional materials in its description.
