Correct german expansion name #41

Well spotted! Don't know where I got Basiskarte from - everywhere I can reach confirms your translation. If you see any other translation issues, please let me know. I'm doing the German translation myself, and I don't speak German (I'm a little surprised no issues came up before now :) ).
