German translation / Sorting Events and Landmarks / new promo card: Sauna/Avanto / 2nd Edition cards #62

Added German translation for empires.
Added new promo card Sauna/Avanto.
Added option to list events and landmarks in the end. This makes it easier to go through the event/landmark piles and pick all the cards at once.

@Mark-Lauman I love this app so please don't take this wrong: please keep this app updated with the latest cards available. You can test @schoeggu apk to test his changes. If you like/are ok with them, then please merge them and upload the updated apk to the play store. Thanks P.S. can also close issue #55 if you decide to merge all his commits (which include putting the events and landmarks last)
