Mark-William-Schumacher / Medical-3D-Printing

Project I worked on for a year and a half during my undergrad, coded fully in python . The Project is used to create 3d printed moulds from a patients X-ray CT scans. These moulds lay on plastic mesh and deliver radiation therapy.

Dear William. Recently, I've read your paper in title of "3D-printed surface mould applicator for high-dose-rate brachytherapy" and that was amazing work. I'm a medical physicist and I'm interested to implement this module on my laptop to see how this work. May I ask you please give an instruction how can I install this package and a summary of process to implement a test case.? What version of 3D slicer is compatible with this module? and is there any extension needed before use?

Thanks

Hey man , I used this just for a semi-public showcase of projects while applying for jobs 10+ years ago . I'm not exactly sure Id be able to help you out with getting it installed. It would probably be a couple weeks of work on my end to even remeber and find that version of slicer.

Where abouts are you from , Queens aswell?
