Stops working when the last layer is active #9

When the last layer (maybe also the second last layer) is active, the plugin freezes for a while. If you keep working in this state, like typing characters, it will eventually crash the application.

I have just noticed that harbortype already sent you a pull request to fix the issue. Could you please incorporate that?
