Exception when TD database is locked by eddblink_listener #10

I (well, the listener) was doing a td import when I tried to fire up tdhelper and TDH threw and exception because the TD db was locked. I hesitate to call it a bug, nevertheless you might want to trap this and deal with it.

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

I'll call it a bug then since it is not doing what is expected. I'll look into trapping the locked database and some sort of method for dealing with it. Probably pause and retry a few times and then give up.

Added code to try and tap this error and retry the access. v2.0.3.9-Beta.
