I have not been able to duplicate this error although the initial start up does take longer than subsequent starts. I think this might be something to do with accessing the TD database to retrieve the system/station entries for the source and destination lists. As for the errors after the first, those are domino errors caused by the first.

Does TDH2 start up correctly on subsequent runs or does it exhibit this behaviour every time?

Every time. I had it open all day while I went to work, and the "validating log" message window was still open when I got home 12 hours later.

Fixed in v2.0.5.5 hopefully!

The splash screen does close now, so the first bit has been fixed, however, see #24, as the rest is still a thing.
