[Enhancement] Show "Done" message when finishing VACUUM and ANALYSE, "start" message when starting ANALYSE #33

As it is right now, the output window says a message about starting the vacuum, but does not show a similar message when starting the analyse, and does not show a message when finishing for either.

Also, if you open the DB Maint. window and then click close, something starts running. No idea what since no message, but nothing should start at all when clicking close.
