You can type into the commodity box right now separating the commodities with a comma but it's a bit basic and not at all easy to use. It's been that way since v1 and I've been trying to find a better way to do this.
Ideally I'd like to use something like the commodity selection you find on https://eddb.io/station but I can't seem to find something like that for WinForms. It's dead easy for a browser based application.
The best I can do for the moment is the old style item picker with a list of available items in the left hand box and nothing in the right hand box and button between the two to allow items to moved from one box to another.
It's just so dated!
But if I can't find anything else then this is the way that it will go.
Suggestions accepted!
I didn't realise it could be overtyped as free text, but then I never used TDH v1. So the essence of my problem is solved anyway.
To the larger question, yes, the EDDB solution is nice - but if WinForms can't do it then I have no brilliant ideas.... other than the obvious divorce from the rather dated WinForms and start over, but there lies a whole new development cycle of heroic proportions.
(Apparently I misclicked close - which is fine for me, I can do what I need, but if you want to explore the wider picture, reopen at your discretion).
I'll reopen it since someone else might have some good ideas,
Well - in fairness, there is still the "--one-stop" tickbox please :)
It is there on the BUY query and not available in the SELL query.
I choose to blame the random dicky eyesight that appears to be the newest symptom of my evil disease and not my utter lack of attention (though not realising I could put multiple goods may well contribute to my not having bothered to look.. cough I mean aggravated my blurred vision).
:)
As above - rather than a drop down, a free text box, or some other way of selecting multiple commodities.
With a --one-stop option ideally.
