Program bombs out when asking for Appconfig.xml #56

When the program first starts, it asks for location of the appconfig.xml file. When I put in the location of the Appconfig.xml file, the program immediately bombs out with a generic message. Don't know what to do from here. The error message gives no direction. I am using it on a Windows 10 system (update 21H2). I have original and Horizons installed - not Odessey.
