PySimpleGUI 4.1.0 is no longer provided as pip package. Updated the version to the nearest one at requirements.txt.
openpyxl crashes with some incompatible characters. Added the filter for avoiding it at srum_dump2.py.

Awesome. Thanks. Would you e so kind as to give me a sample of the data that was crashing openpyxl?

Thanks for merging it. I can share the sample with you. But I would not like to do it publically since it's our private data. Can I send it via email or something?
