Overview of changes:

Anything you'd like to highlight/discuss: Removed as it seemed unnecessary in ci.yml, but deploy-docs calls deploy:ug and deploy:dg requires calling of deploy --ci which requires the use of GITHUB_TOKEN being explicitly passed in.

Testing instructions:

Proposed commit message: (wrap lines at 72 characters) Let's add back explicitly passing in GITHUB_TOKEN to deploy-docs job.
