Support inline text expansion #33

In some cases inline text expansion can be helpful.

Unlike tool tips or popovers, text expanded inline can be included in the printout.

It seems there are two test implementations to this open? @damithc - any reasons why these aren't satisfactory (apart from merging to their fork's master rather than PR-ing here? Want to check if we need to update these requirements

@kaixin-hc these should be their pre-CS3281 exploration done before enrolling into the course.
