IOS app is crashing #47

I would love to provide more info than the app crashing, but I can't open it to find out what's causing it. When I open the app, it crashes the moment it opens. I see a vague glimpse of the login, then the main app, and after login, it crashes; not sure what else I can do to provide more info. If you need me to do something, let me know.

I'm experiencing the same issue on my iPhone and iPad running the latest iOS 16.4.1.

I can't recreate a crash. I see it log in and then go to a screen for today which has no data. It looks like your hub hasn't been posting data since last night around 10:30 pm. Is the app actually crashing or is it just an empty screen with no data?

It doesn't appear to be crashing today; I reset the hub authentication yesterday and thought that was it; at the time, the app was still crashing.

I'll watch it and let you know if anything changes.

I'll update my review on the app store to remove my 1-star. Honestly, this kind of app is incredible when it works.

Thanks for your hard work.

It's crashing again, I tapped on the icon to navigate back to the previous day 17th to the 16th, and it crashed. I'm assuming there is no data for April 16th hence why the app crashed. The problem is I can't get back into the app without it crashing instantly.

The app is not optimized and is prone to crashes; any suggestions on keeping it from crashing would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem on iOS. I had to move things in the house and had disconnected my hub for several months. I hooked it back up and re-flashed the pi image and started over. It worked briefly, but now crashes every time. The hub is no longer plugged in. Even uninstalling the app completely and re-installing just gives me a flash of the available breakers, and then it quits. I would have thought deleting the app would clear the credentials and allow me to log in again and hopefully reset things, but the credentials must be cached somewhere and I have no idea how to clear them.

The account I'm using is under the email . I had previously been using a google account () which I will switch back to if I ever figure out how to reset the credentials on my phone.

I was able to recreate this behavior on another phone that had never had the iOS app installed. I launched the app and then clicked for password reset. I changed the password successfully and was able to log in, but as soon as I did the screen with breakers flashed up and then the app crashed. Even with the password reset, the app still crashes on my original phone.

Ideally the account would just be deleted as I would prefer to go back to using the linked google account which has more power usage history.

This issue is now resolved for me with the release of v1.0.13.
