Apart from the point that peterson mentioned, there is already a geographical distribution question there (#2).
This makes any other geographical distribution question non-informative because the answer to two is extremely correlated.
To be able to track the question #2 would require multiple bits to track, and reduces the ability for a 33 digit binary string to individually represent a person. This avoids that problem. Layering longitudinal & latitudinal questions based on birth is a good way to get the most bang for your buck digit-wise.
90% of people live in the Northern Hemisphere so this won't work.
