These are for countering Metas, or for better userer experience

EMP Shield

Gives Extra shield vs Weapons that use some sort of power, on activation it send a EMP blast disableing enemys power weapons for x seconds, it has a x second cooldown and a range.

x = any (everything should be upgradable)
