Fixes one of the conflicting files in #7.

The offending line is

m150 b1 ii b1 V65 b2 i b2.5 VI

Two entries for b1 crash the music21 RomanText parser.

This is the music it refers to

The harmony annotations are correct, the beats need to be corrected.

Issue on 12-i.txt refers to this part of the score (I believe, proofreading encouraged)

Adding a correction to that entry, which should be simply a tonic triad chord for the entire measure.

Sonata no.12 has evidently had an offer to beat fail for the time signature of 3/8. Fixing now.

No need for these anymore, it they seems they have all been corrected now. Correct?
