Bulk Decode - Folder browser not launching on Windows 10 #14

    Thanks! 1.4 via the Microsoft Store is not opening the Folder browser when I click the button. It just sits there and greys the button out.

I'm testing a fix that and can confirm it resolves the issue on W10. Need to make sure it doesn't regress any W11 behavior and if not, will get this out as a hotfix within the next few days.

Should now be fixed in v1.4.1, now available on the Microsoft Store and GitHub. @jpooley-hearst, please let me know if you run into any issues. Thanks for your help on this one!
