Setup failed: TypeError: Cannot read property 'statusCode' of undefined #15

when executing node setup.js bootstrap the following error is returned: Setup failed: TypeError: Cannot read property 'statusCode' of undefined

In order to fix it I had to edit setup.js and replace response[0] by response
