Enhancement of moving between node with keyboard

adding keyboard shortcut to move between node with also center the node to the screen

this is changing core center function

here are the feature

new keyboard shortcut ctrl + [arrow-up|arrow-left|arrow-right|arrow-down]
ctrl + e now center to the root
if nothing is selected pressing ctrl + [arrow-up|arrow-left|arrow-right|arrow-down] center to the last selected nod
