Minor adjustments

• Add a setting to avoid centering on the node that is being moved.
• Avoid unwanted mindmap center.
• Center on root node when opening the mindmap.
• "Center on node" displays the centered node more on the left.
• Use node.data.isEdit / node.data.isRoot instead of node.isEdit / node.isRoot.
