Convert between basic and rich mode #615

My main use-case for this plugin would be to create markdown documents to collect points and then convert them to a mind-map to apply further formatting in rich mode.

Unfortunately that is not possible, since it is not possible to switch from basic mode to rich mode keeping the mind map created from the markdown sections and enumerations.

So it would be great to provide an option to convert a basic mode mindmap to a rich mode one.
