as said before, i think for a certain topic, keeping both basic and rich format is good.

I previously used gpt to help me write a script to merge rich files,
but suddenly today I found that author as done the most harddest part: Basic->Rich, Rich cp as MD.
indeed the files could be updated using BC4 as below:
everything is reduced to basic, as basic is the only one (almost) read-able by beyond compare 4.
indeed we may feed the rich's json into BC4 but it's certainly more advanced and more error prone.
for simplicity i'll suggest reduce everything back to plain text markdown and syn using BC4.
