allow add links too text to make it clickable link to a obsidian document or a external documents (like excel,word etc)

example sub titlle i have is called web data then i can embed links of obsidian document and their position (since u can do this in pdf , you can do this too pls add) or embed a path link of a external document example excel C:\Users\hp\Documents\1\abc.csv if clicked the document will open, pls add asap
