These components are unfinished and not fully designed. They also don't take into account new featured developed in AllegroFlare/Network2 which would affect the overall design. There's also a intention/design conflict and ambiguity with these components and Hexagon/BuildSystem/*.
These are being removed because there needs to be a little more clarity around what components need to be built out for a more open-ended build system.
Note the remaining Hexagon/Daemus/ProgramRunner and programs/daemus.cpp remain, which remain absolutely critical to the usage of the dev system.
