Not compatible with V11 #5

Macro doesnt seem to be compatible with v11 for foundry, just curious if there were plans to update it :)

this is the old v9 branch, use the more recent v10 branch. Which seems to work OK. ive tested with foundry v11.302 and pf2e 5.0.1

This version also would not run on V10, when there were significant changes to Pixi.js
