Desktop notifications should not display if you have Turntable in focus #9

There's not really a need to display the information twice.

I want to fix this soon - I think that it doesn't apply to Vote Notifications though... You can't see those even when you have TT in focus...

I would love a turn all notifications off without changes my configuration. Like a master switch.

New problem! I entered a full room where people were talking a lot, like 1 message per second. The notifications went crazy and Chrome slowed down to a crawl. Maybe a rate limit? More than 5 messages in 5 seconds it disables chat?
