Consistent cofiguration for webapp #9

User can set source file for annotations using VITE_ANNOTATIONS_FILENAME. Yet, there is no way to set source for entities as they are hardcoded to http://127.0.0.1:5000/entities.

It would be better to have a chance to set both of them using ENV variables, e.g.
