No uninstall for OsX #71

Currently an installer is used for Mac, but there doesn't seem to be a way to 
uninstall the full program on a Mac.  It's possible to delete the .app file in 
/applications/ but there are clearly other settings left.

Remove .app files in /applications/ and remove ~/.stardict is OK!
