[feature request] Allow dragging the handles outside of the frame #6

Simple problem: Not all corners are visible in the image. It would be cool if you could drag the handles of the rectangle outside of the picture frame to line up the edges as best you can:

Thanks for the feedback, I tired it at one stage and ran into difficulties but I might try and revisit it soon
