PDFs - Annotate text? #1936

Now that we're using pdf.js to render annotations, is it possible to upgrade the annotation system to select text directly? (!)

Although, what would happen if the grader wants to annotate a diagram?

Ok sure. I was looking into it and it seems like we'd have to update the PDF library to follow the example Mozilla provided.
