Annotation tooltips stick around after leaving / deleting annotation #4339

From the UofT CSC369 instance, on latest Firefox on Windows:

(My cursor was not anywhere close to the yellow region.)

Was consistently reproducible by selecting a region, and then picking one of the saved annotations. I was, however, unable to reproduce it further after refreshing the page.

Thanks for reporting this. Did you notice that this only showed up when annotating PDFs or if this happened when annotating text files as well?

I only noticed it while annotating PDFs. That said, I was annotating PDFs far more frequently than text files, so it might've just been a chance thing.

Still have the issue on Firefox, on images as well.
