Authentication Issue #6994

Hello, I'm Jonathan Chiang. I tried submitting 2 assignments for CSC413 today and both times the system was giving me difficulty logging in. This was rather stressful and I ended up getting a late penalty which I am now negotiating with my instructors.

I'm not sure exactly who the UofT MarkUs admin is, so I'm creating an issue here. Not sure if user-specific or more widespread.

Error message: "Authentication with your UTORid and password (students only) was successful but no corresponding user was found in the MarkUs database."

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. With regards to MarkUs technical issues, please send your requests to sysadmin at sysadmin@teach.cs.toronto.edu. They will be able to assist you.
