on dashboard.html, can you use a js graphing service to generate a nice looking line graph of the user's balance over time

make it a line chart
change title to "Balance"
size so lowest balance is the lowest number on the axis
remove dates text
change number format on axis to include commas to separate each 3 digits (000,000)
