README.md does not explain what this library is or what it does #15

It would be helpful if the first paragraph of the README.md explains what this library is, what it does and also mention lower level libraries it uses (boto3).

Pull request https://github.com/teaglebuilt/robotframework-AWS/pull/12 fixes this.
