Updating Github Workflow #64

This was a bit more involved than I expected, but these changes should allow Github Workflows to complete without raising warnings or failures.

Looks like the ubuntu-latest version has been updated to point at ubuntu-24.04. I'm not sure how that impacts some of these intended changes. Are they necessary anymore?

I think is best keep the ubuntu-24.04 as is working.. to avoid future errors because some version changes.
