fix for creating an issue with a reporter other than the "api user" #10

I had a need, when creating an issue, to set the reporter to a user other than the one that was connecting to the api. This fix allows that. Feel free to pull this into your repo.

Thanks for the great work! This gem makes working with the Jira api very easy.
