Pattern library for Marketplace that includes the Developer pages #3

We currently have two separate style guides, one for the consumer Marketplace and one for payments. Let's combine them AND add in the styles for the developer pages and make a real actual/factual pattern library for Marketplace to make our future selves happy when we go to make changes to the app!
