Is only the finding part or the impression and finding part used in the mimic dataset? Could you explain what downsampling operation is done on the picture part of the mimic dataset

Hi, only finding section is used as the report prediction. We directly used the dataset from the R2GenCMN, hence for the details of the downsampling operation, please kindly ask the authors of R2GenCMN.

Sorry that we cannot directly provide the json file of the mimic dataset due to the license issue, but the format of the annotation file of MIMIC is exactly the same as the one of IU-Xray dataset provided in the files directory.

I applied for a R2GenCMN datasets, but has not passed, do you have any other way to apply for.
