All the relationships have been set as we had mentioned.
According to the principles of Code First EF i had no chances to implement Users-UserExternalAccounts-ExternalAccounts with many-to-many relationship.
I had to do it with using two one-to-many relationships.
If it's needed - i can explain details why it is so.
