feature: scrap monster data #26

Similar to how it's being done with drop scrapper, we could scrap some monsters data from Wakfu's Website. However, we'll probably need the google search approach to get the right wakfu's page that'll be scrapped.

Google scrapping was not very helpful, but Wakfu's one was lol
