Feature Request: Allow ephemeral responses to be sent after discordInteraction node. #34

Currently, it is only possible to send a new, follow-up message after the discordInteraction node. It would be great to be able to send ephemeral responses as well: https://discordjs.guide/interactions/slash-commands.html#ephemeral-responses
