Small changes to dramatically speed up diarization

• mps torch device to use Apple Silicon
• use ProgressHook for progress updates while running
• load waveform into memory for speed

My first run on CPU was very slow, I killed after 1.5 hours. All CPU cores were being used.

Using the mps device let my job finish in 30 minutes.

Loading the waveform into memory let the job finish in 10 minutes.

(My audio was 1 hour and 40 minutes long)
