Chinese translation here was deleted in 02c8333 #248

Hello, I'd like to remind you that the Chinese translation here was deleted in 02c8333 , which resulted in Chinese players not being able to easily use this mod @MarkusBordihn

Thanks for the reminder that I have submitted a new translation for version 5.1.0

@Sunny-Again Thanks again for the new translation #249.

However I still working on some new feature for the beta version before the next release version 5.x will be ready. In the mean time, please wait until the release version is ready because there will be some additional texts and maybe some changes.
