[Bug] NPC skins not working for new players.

Minecraft and Mod version 🐞 Minecraft 1.19.2 mod version 5.2.2 (we plan to update to see if it'll fix it)

Describe the bug 🐞 new players to our server are not able to see skins, players who joined before the mod was installed can see skins. there is an odd instance where an NPC using a FILE skin is able to be seen by all players, however is only exclusive to 1 skin. to add on, PLAYER skins seems to work just fine, except depending on what skin the player is using when making the NPC will depend on what skin said player is wearing when new players join. (its a different issue but I would like to report it nonetheless). To reiterate, NPC skins using the URL or FILE forms do not work for new players.

The rest of the report was pretty N/A to the issue. Like I said, we plan to update the mod to the latest version to see if it fixes the issue, if it does not, I will update here with anything else I can.

As of right now These are the Lastest logs and the most recent crash report. I could not find the debug log, however I will be using "/easyNPC debug true" now and will respond with the log for it.

latest.log this is the latest log WITH debug enabled. I checked around and could not find a debug.log in my game instance, could you help me there too please so I can give a better update?

Thanks for the feedback! I’m glad the issue is resolved. The logs you shared helped me find a few other problems that I need to fix. I'll also work on a troubleshooting guide specifically for skins.

I have exactly the same problem on a server in 1.19.3 and I don't know what to change in the config file to solve the problem.
